Turkey Time!  House-Smoked Turkeys are available to order for Thanksgiving.  We will be smoking 14-16 lb turkeys from Bell & Evans for pickup on Wednesday, Nov 23rd between 3 and 6 PM.  All must be paid for when ordered so call or stop in.  We only have 25 available so order your turkey early so you won't be disappointed.  Last day to order is Nov 12th.

We will be closed from Nov. 24th until Nov 30th, reopening on December 1st. 
Survival Techniques for the month of January
Since we will be closed for the month of January, you might ask,  "WHAT AM I TO DO?" Our smoked meats freeze well.  How about ordering a few items to go in your freezer to help you get through those long cold January days?  Just give us a call, we will be happy to put together an Survival Pack designed specifically for you.  How about pulled pork in half pound containers, one for each week.  Buy a full rack, we will be happy to split it in half and wrap it in foil for you.  If we don't see you before we close, we will see you in February.
